Sundays
The heartbeat of our church life
Our Sunday service is a big part of the life of HTH church. Each week we open our doors to anyone who would like to come along. We open our doors at 10:00 every Sunday for tea, coffee, and pastries, before our service kicks off at 10:30.

All of our services are Live streamed on our YouTube page, so if you can’t make it one Sunday, you can still tune-in online. You can also watch our services back later in the week if you want to catch up. Check out the latest stream below.

You can also listen back to each of our Sunday talks (and more) on Spotify. The Bible reading for each talk is in the episode description - so have a read first and then you can listen back on the go - enjoy!
Accessibility
Churches are meant to be for everyone and anyone, but we recognise that they can be potentially inaccessible and overwhelming spaces for some people. Accessibility is really important to us, so we’re doing our best to make sure HTH is a church that anyone can call home. If you’re planning to visit and have specific needs please do get in touch to let us know how we can help accommodate you.
Step-free entrance
For step-free access to our Sunday services don’t attempt the entrance on Robertson Street but use the entrance on the opposite side of the building on Claremont.
Assistance Dogs
Guide dogs, hearing dogs, and assistance dogs are welcome in the church at all times. There are lots of nice places around HTH to walk your furry friends but unless they’re assistance dogs they sadly wont be allowed into the church building itself.
Sound levels
We are a busy and vibrant church who tend to make a fair bit of noise when we’re all together. For those that prefer things a little quieter, we have some disposable ear plugs and overhead ear defenders available for adults and children that might need them. These can be found at the Production booth in front of the chancel.
Hearing loop
We have a hearing loop installed in the Nave of the church. Click here to view a map of showing where the hearing loop works best (indicated by the green rectangle).
Ukrainian Translation
For any of our Ukrainian sisters and brothers we have translation facilities available. It does require wearing a pear of “silent-disco” headphones, and it means if you’re in the service you might hear our translator working away quietly in the background throughout.
Help us do better
We always want to ensure that everyone feels welcome and able to access our services, but we know we won’t always succeed and can always improve. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch to let us know how we can better accommodate you and help you to access our services.
