Teams are a great way to make friends and make a difference. The good news is that there is a lot of them, whatever your age or stage! Here are some of the teams you might like to join:
Youth
We are looking for people who have a heart for young people to discover their full potential and grow in leadership! What will be your life legacy be for the next generation?
Worship & Production
If you sing or play an instrument or have an interest in helping us out with sound & visuals, as well as a passion to worship Jesus, we’d love to hear from you.
Welcome
We want every person who is new to HTH to feel like they’ve come home. If you enjoy having a good conversation and helping people find out more, we’d love to hear from you.
Cafe
We give the warmest welcome in Hastings - and we’re looking for friendly people who would be willing to prepare and serve tea/coffee/pastries. No experience necessary.
Kids (Sundays)
Our vision is for children to have the best hour of their week at church on Sundays. We are always looking out for new vibrant, luminous, loving team members to join in the fun.
Tots&Me
A great way to be involved with children & families in the heart of our community. Tots&Me runs every Friday (term-time) with snacks, cakes, craft, singing, games and stories.
Alpha
Alpha is an opportunity to discuss some of the bigger questions in life. We are looking for passionate people to journey with guests over 9 weeks as leaders/helpers in small groups.
Prayer
We are looking for people who love to see God at work changing lives. The team pray for those who respond to the message in the Sunday services.
Safehaven Men/Women
Safehaven Men & Women runs weekly (term-time) and creates a safe and welcoming place for vulnerable adults. If you’d like to help, please get in touch.
Join a Hub
Hubs are for people who want to grow in relationship with Jesus and others, and want to serve the Hub community.
A Hub is a place where real people share ordinary life, with Jesus, together. It’s where we find friends, discover that we belong, navigate challenges and learn from each other. It’s where our walk with Jesus meets others doing the same so that we continue along the road, no longer alone.
It’s where we explore the bible and discover who Jesus is, being with him, becoming like him and doing what he did. It's where we learn to live lives of love, stepping out of what’s comfortable and into doing things for others with the heart of Jesus. We share food, share stories and share the load.
